An exemplary dream of any loving parent: their son or daughter, heart heavy with love and life full of experience, awaiting their approval atop a staircase on the day they marry their best friend. Life is made of small moments like these. And we at Prince Weddings were honoured to be present, and capture just a few of the many moments that make up Jon & Voula’s magnificent love. The day began in Anaheim, at the parents of the bride’s gorgeous residence, where we met Voula on that grand staircase—glowing in her gown and jewelry—anticipating the embrace of her parents below. Meanwhile, Jon and the reception site were being spruced to the nines at the Hilton Waterfront in Huntington Beach, a grand beachside retreat in Orange County we always look forward to being at. With both parties ready at last to be-wed, it was time for our Cinematography team consisting of Nathan, Edwin, and assistant Frank, to head over to the astonishingly baroque St. George’s Greek Orthodox Church in Downey. The church adorned Jon & Voula’s ceremony with the utmost love and respect, and with the first kiss given as husband and wife, the celebration was ready to commence. And back at the Hilton Waterfront, there was surely no lack of a celebration, as all of Jon & Voula’s friends and family came together to dance and party the night away. Wonderful speeches, laughs, and tears came and went in a flash, and it was hard to believe the day could actually come to an end, but we are grateful to have been present, to capture it for years to come. Congratulations Jon & Voula, from all of us here at Prince Weddings!
